Your work email and the account information you provide through Clerk. We keep ordinary security and request logs to prevent abuse and diagnose faults. Essential authentication cookies keep you signed in.
If you subscribe, Stripe processes payment details. Full card numbers do not touch HAULVANE servers; we retain only the subscription and customer identifiers needed to operate the account.
What the product data is
Public federal business records published by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration: carrier census records, insurance and authority filing history, suspension orders, inspections and crashes. Each displayed fact is tied to its federal source.
Some carriers are sole proprietors, so a published legal name or business address may also identify a person or home. HAULVANE shows the business record FMCSA publishes and does not create consumer profiles.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data, searches, exports or customer account activity. We do not use advertising pixels, third-party analytics or session-recording software.
Deletion and suppression
You may ask us to delete your account and associated account data. A carrier may also request suppression from HAULVANE. We cannot change or remove the underlying federal record; that request must be made to FMCSA.
